Identity planning for the age of AI

Preserve the person.
Control what comes next.

Artificial intelligence can recreate a person’s voice, image, expressions, mannerisms, and personality. PersonaVault® helps ensure those pieces of identity are preserved accurately—and used only as the person intended.

01

A new kind of asset

Your identity can now outlive you—and act without you.

A traditional estate plan controls the property you leave behind. It does not necessarily answer who may recreate your voice, animate your likeness, generate new words in your name, or earn money from a digital version of you.

02

What is PersonaVault®?

The authenticated source of who you are.

PersonaVault® is a structured collection of identity materials and personal instructions designed to preserve who you were—and define what may be created from you.

01

Voice and video recordings

02

Verified photographs and likeness materials

03

Writings, interviews, and personal stories

04

Signature phrases, expressions, and humor

05

Values, permissions, and prohibited uses

06

Rules for new content, disclosure, and termination

03

Preservation is not permission

The materials preserve the person. The trust supplies the authority.

A Digital Likeness Trust™ can appoint a trustee to approve or reject proposed uses of your name, image, voice, likeness, and digital replica. A Digital Afterlife Agent may identify appropriate opportunities, negotiate licenses, monitor misuse, and account for revenue—always subject to the trustee’s authority.

04

Decisions that should be yours

You decide what survives—and what does not.

01

Authorization

Who may access and use your identity materials?

02

Purpose

May they be used for family, memorial, educational, interactive, or commercial projects?

03

Boundaries

What subjects, products, statements, and activities are prohibited?

04

Authenticity

Which recordings, images, writings, and source materials may be used?

05

Disclosure

When must audiences be told that content or interaction is AI-generated?

06

Revenue

Who negotiates opportunities, receives payment, and benefits financially?

Built for creators. Relevant to everyone.

The question is not whether technology can recreate you.

The question is whether you controlled the terms before it did.

Your identity should not outlive your authority.

Preserve the materials. Document the instructions. Establish who has the power to say yes—and the duty to say no.
